RNEQC Donate to our Plymouth Home for Veterans

Our Plymouth Home for Veterans would like to give their warmest thanks to the Royal Navy Engineers Quart Club (RNEQC) for their recent £400 donation.

The cheque was presented at our Plymouth home by Lieutenant Commander Helen Jones and Lieutenant Jonathan Dearson on behalf of the RNEQC.

The funds from the donation will enable Alabaré to continue its hard work in ensuring that vulnerable ex-service personnel can be provided with accommodation and help them in their transition back to ordinary civilian life.

Also present were Charles Crichton, the chair of Alabaré’s ambassadors group as well as Chris Thorpe and Rory Baxendale who are also from the group. We would like to thank the RNEQC for their generous donation and also to our ambassadors, whose hard work provides continued support for our Plymouth home.

Andrew Lord our CEO says:

“We are extremely grateful to receive this donation from the Royal Navy Engineers Quart Club and the funds will enable us to continue our hard work in delivering tailor made support for Veterans in the Plymouth area”
