Welcome to our March newsletter. It's great to hear that so many of you have already signed up to take part in our Sleep Outs this month. With no guaranteed statutory funding, the life-changing support provided by our Drop In Centre teams is completely dependent on the generosity of individuals like you. If you haven't signed up yet...there's still time....!!

I would like to give a big thanks to Nikki and Andy the staff at Alabaré's Home for Veterans in Plymouth I have been there since I came off of Dartmoor homeless and living in a tent, thanks to them I have just moved into a nice flat and the RBL have given me a lot of support Nikki and Andy are wonderful staff and my stay was amazing, a big thank you to Alabaré if it was not for you I would be homeless, in prison or dead thank you from the bottom of my heart.

A huge thank you to our neighbour at our new Young People's home in Chippenham who called around to offer help to our young residents.... She kindly offered her services to help any of our residents that struggle with Maths as she used to be a teacher, saying; “When I moved in to this estate, everyone rallied round to help me settle, that’s what we do as a community, we help each other. So If there’s anyway I can help then please just knock on my door”.

Dick Whittington arrives in Salisbury
Dick Whittington and the cast of our fifth annual Pantomime took to the stage of St Mark's Church Salisbury last Friday in a production written and performed by Alabaré's Happy Mondays Writing Group. The audience were treated to a joyous evening of classic panto banter, fantastic costumes, music and dance.........click here to read more
