Unity House is part of our Supported Housing North scheme, and provides support and accommodation for 15 people aged 16 plus. There are additionally 6 self-contained flats and 8 short stay beds for emergency accommodation.
All residents at Unity House will be allocated a key worker who will develop a support plan with them based on their individual needs. They will also be available to provide regular guidance, advice and practical support to help residents develop independent living skills.
We also run a range of activities to improve residents' self-esteem and life chances. These include: Art and craft sessions, tenancy related support, budgeting, cooking, goal setting and motivational skills.
Every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday we open for Rough Sleepers, giving them access to washing and laundry facilties. We welcome them with a hot drink and encourage them to talk to us about issues that they need advice and support with.
All referrals to Unity House must be made through Wiltshire Housing Options team.
