Hope House and The Summit are our two homes in Calne, Wiltshire, where we provide accommodation and support for up to 7 young people, aged between 16 and 25.
When you arrive you'll be introduced to your key worker, who will work with you to create a support plan based on your individual needs. Our staff can also help you to access other agencies, where neccesary. You can stay at Hope House and the Summit for a maximum of 2 years. During your stay you'll live with people who have similar backgrounds to you. Our team of staff are always on hand to help you with any problems you may have during your stay.
At Hope House and The Summit you will have access to our in-house Home & Money and Ready 2 Move tenancy training. Further training and activities are available through The Orchard. Outside of Alabaré, you could train and study through the local Learn Direct centres or colleges in Calne, Chippenham and Swindon.
Hope House and The Summit are within five minutes walk of the centre of Calne, where there is a leisure centre, shopping centre and skate park. Calne has a good bus service to Chippenham.
We can only accept referrals via Wiltshire Council Homeless Team, however, if you would like more information about these homes, please get in touch, or download a copy of our project information sheet.
