Alabaré Academy builds on a model that across all the homes and services, education and training are strategic within the support care pathway for clients to move into independent living, or move towards an experience of a fulfilled life.

Alabaré aims to expand and embed learning within and across the organisation through developing the Academy, providing a mechanism to reduce barriers to employment for the service users, create a learning environment across the homes and provide a mechanism to deliver employment opportunities as part of a strategic approach to support clients secure training and employment opportunities.

 We can also support you with areas covering:

• managing tenancy
• motivation
• self-care
• managing money
• social networks
• drugs and alcohol
• emotional and mental health
• physical health
• meaningful use of time
• issues around offending behaviour

Working alongside an Employability Coach we will focus on the outcomes of 'Work, Training & Education, 'Choices & Behaviour' and 'Confidence and Coping', and take place on a one-to-one basis.
