Alabaré Place provides accommodation for up to 41 homeless people, from 16 years and older, in Salisbury, who require high to intensive levels of support. Alabaré Place is made up of a number of flats, where you will have your own room and shared use of a communal kitchens. Our staff are on hand to provide you with 24 hour support.
Alabaré Place is within five minutes walk of the city centre, and is close to Wiltshire College campus. There are excellent public transport links to other parts of the City, and mainline train services.
We offer a number of art, music, cooking, health and wellbeing activities and courses at Alabaré Place. We also have an in-house gym, computer room and music room. When you arrive at Alabaré Place you'll be introduced to your key worker who will work with you to agree an Action Plan based on your individual needs. We will focus on supporting you to consider and work towards your future to ensure that when the time comes, you can move on to the most appropriate, stable accommodation. Adjoining Alabaré Place is Barnards Cross House which accommodates a further 11 people with high to intensive support levels
Alabaré Place also incorporates our Salisbury Street Project which is open six days a week for rough sleepers. Here you will have access to housing related support and information.
Other agencies regularly attend our drop-in sessions, and can provide you with specialist advice.
