Make the most of your extra day in leap year and experience the ultimate adrenaline rush of a tandem skydive whilst fundraising for Alabaré.
2020 is a leap year; have you thought about what you will do with your extra day? Do something special and take a leap for local homeless charity Alabaré.
Alabaré's special 'Leap Year' jump on February 29th gives you the chance to tandem skydive from 10,000 feet, free falling at speeds up to 120mph.
Participants pledge to raise a minimum of £395 for Alabaré's services.
726 homeless people died last year.* By taking part in our Charity Skydive and fundraising for Alabaré, you will be making a difference to the lives of homeless people in Wiltshire and other areas.
Alabaré's Homes, Drop In Centres and training facilities support homeless and vulnerable people. Alabaré help them transform their lives, providing accommodation and helping them gain the skills, confidence and opportunities to live a fulfilled life. Each year we enable around 2,000 people come off the streets but our work is challenging and the challenge is getting bigger, with the number of rough sleepers increasing.
Let's end homelessness!
*Estimated figure, Office for National Statistics, Oct 2019
Participants must be 16 years old to skydive.
All Participants will need to self certify medical form 115A, if you have any of the conditions listed you MUST get a doctors certificate on form 115B. Having these conditions doesn't necessarily prevent you from taking part but you cannot do so without the doctors certificate and these take time to process.
