Housing Support Worker - Young People 

We require a Housing Support Worker to provide support and guidance around accommodation, basic life, welfare benefits and health & personal issues, all allowing service users to work towards independent living. 

37.5 hours per week based in Andover Foyer 

Hourly rate £9.32 rising to £9.55

This post requires flexibility and includes 1 sleepover a week which is paid at a rate of £50.00 per night. Hours to include some evening, bank holidays and weekend work. 

Salary £18,174.00 rising to £18,622.50

Support Worker - Young People Leaving Care 

We require a Support Workers to provide support and guidance around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits and health & personal issues, all allowing service users to work towards independent living.

Various hours are available across Wiltshire. Hourly rate £9.32 rising to £9.55.

Will include working unsociable hours, to be part of a flexible rota to include weekends, Bank Holidays and sleepovers. (Minimum of one sleepover per week)

A 10% enhancement is paid for unsociable waking hours from 11pm to 7am.  Sleepovers are paid at a rate of £50 per night.

24 days Annual leave plus Bank Holidays

All applicants are required to have a full driving licence with business insurance and the use of a road worthy vehicle.

Alabaré has great opportunities to join our new Bournemouth project. We are looking to recruit 2x 37.5 hours Housing Support worker and 1x 18.5 hours Housing Support Worker. We require a  Relief Waking Night Worker to provide support and guidance to our young people. The work includes welfare checks, supporting young people with any crisis through the night but allowing service users to work towards independent living.
