We require a Full Time Team Leader, 2 Full Time Housing Support Workers & 2 Part Time Housing Support Workers to work 16 hours per week to join our team.  You will need to provide person centred support to people with diverse complex needs to enable them to live independently.  The successful applicant will need to have experience of working with either homeless clients or in a supported housing environment, they will also need the right attitude, have excellent organisational skills and understand the importance of working as part of a team.

Full training will be provided for the right individual.  

The Housing Support Worker annual salary is £18,817.50 rising to £19,285.50 after a successful probation period.

The Team Leader annual salary is £22,854.00 rising to £23,341.50 after a successful probation period.

We are looking to recruit Housing Support Workers based in Bournemouth or Wiltshire, to provide support and advice around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits, health and personal issues: all allowing service users to work towards independent living.

Various contracts available, all contracts will include working unsociable hours, to be part of a flexible rota including bank holidays.  May also include a sleepover per week paid £50.00 per night.

Due to an expansion of the Mental Health services, Alabaré require a dedicated Senior Service Manager to work within the Mental Health Service based in Chippenham. 

the main purpose of the post is to take responsibility for the day to day management responsibility of Alabaré mental health services across Wiltshire by promoting high quality, person-centred services with a focus on integrated approach to pre-crisis and prevention of crisis which always considers people’s safety, privacy and dignity.

You will be required to undertake direct line management of the Team Leaders including supervision and appraisal, sickness, absence, overtime and leave; assisting to ensure staffing costs are contained within budget. Night Support Worker - Wiltshire Veterans

We are looking to recruit a part time Night Support Worker to work in Salisbury at the Veterans Project to provide a supportive and safe environment to service users, enabling them to maintain their placement.  The main duties will be to oversee the night-to-night operation of the home in order to deliver a high quality support and housing service to our clients.  You will be required to hold regular innovative activities by enabling a user led approach to managing the project.
