Senior Service Manager - Calm Café

We are very excited to announce a new service called Alabaré Calm Café, which will open in Salisbury on 20th March 2020.  For this service, we are recruiting a Senior Service Manager who will be required to be a registered health practitioner to degree level e.g. Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Mental Health nurse. Evidenced (through CPD) or equivalent. Ideally, you should be available to start on the 1st March 2020

You will manage a team of people to provide a Mental Health community based venue to deliver a high quality person centred service with a focus on pre-crisis and prevention of crisis, which always considers people’s safety, privacy and dignity. This service will initially be open between the hours of 4.30pm and 12 midnight 7 days a week.

Team Leaders - Calm Café

We are looking to recruit a Team Leaders to assist in the delivery of a safe and calm environment for service users struggling to cope with life. With the aim of avoiding the need for emergency care. Provide a focal point for the team on a day-to-day basis.

The aim of the Alabaré Calm Café will be to provide a Mental Health community based venue to deliver a high quality person centred service with a focus on pre-crisis and prevention of crisis, which always considers people’s safety, privacy and dignity. This service will initially be open between the hours of 4.30pm and 12 midnight 7 days a week

Various contracts available at an hourly rate of £11.32 rising to £11.56 after a successful probation period.

Flexible working hours to meet the requirements of the service to includesome unsociable including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

We require a Support Workers to provide support and guidance around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits and health & personal issues, all allowing service users to work towards independent living.

Various hours are available across Wiltshire. Hourly rate £9.32 rising to £9.55.

Will include working unsociable hours, to be part of a flexible rota to include weekends, Bank Holidays and sleepovers. (Minimum of one sleepover per week)

A 10% enhancement is paid for unsociable waking hours from 11pm to 7am.  Sleepovers are paid at a rate of £50 per night.

Housing Manager - Wiltshire Veterans

We are looking to recruit a Full Time Home for Veterans Manager in Wiltshire. You will be required to lead, manage and co-ordinate the accommodation and structured support pathway for veterans who are homeless with support needs and develop local community engagement and working partnerships with other agencies. The pathway comprises of the main supported home with office, any additional smaller homes, and life skills training, transitioning resettlement support and floating outreach support.

In particular, to act as the primary local point of contact/referral for the pathway co-ordinating allocations, structured support planning, skills development and progress reviews and build a supportive community ethos within the home. Providing direct supervision for the veterans support staff, pathway chaplain and volunteers to facilitate a co-ordinated approach to enable veterans to get their lives back on track.  

37.5 hours per week at an hourly rate of £13.31 rising to £14.15 after a successful probation period. Resulting in an annual salary of £25,945.50 - £27,592.50
