Parent & Baby Support Worker, Wiltshire

We require a part time Housing Support Worker to work within our Parent & Baby Project.  This pot is for 15 hours per week.

You will provide support around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits, health & personal issues all allowing service users to work towards independent living.

You will be based in Salisbury, however, you will be asked to work at together services within the Wiltshire Young People Services as and when required. 

You are required to have an Early Years Qualification or equivalent Experience.

The hourly rate is £9.32 rising to £9.55.  The annual Salary is £7,269.60 rising to £7,449.00.

Support Worker - Riverside Sanctuary

We are recruiting for Support Workers to ensure the highest possible standards of support are delivered to service users in accordance with the policies and procedures of Alabare.  

The aim of the Alabaré Place of Calm will be to provide a Mental Health community based venue to deliver a high quality person centred service with a focus on pre-crisis and prevention of crisis, which always considers people’s safety, privacy and dignity. This service will initially be open between the hours of 4.30pm and 12 midnight 7 days a week

Part time post available for 24 hours per week. Hourly rate of £9.32 rising to £9.55 after a successful probation period

Flexible working hours to meet the requirements of the service to include some unsociable including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Where applicable a 10% enhancement is paid for unsociable working hours from 11pm to 7am. 

24 days Annual leave plus Bank Holidays

A 10% enhancement is paid for unsociable waking hours from 11pm to 7am.
