Support Worker - Young People Leaving Care 

We require a Support Workers to provide support and guidance around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits and health & personal issues, all allowing service users to work towards independent living.

Various hours are available across Wiltshire. Hourly rate £9.32 rising to £9.55.

Will include working unsociable hours, to be part of a flexible rota to include weekends, Bank Holidays and sleepovers. (Minimum of one sleepover per week)

A 10% enhancement is paid for unsociable waking hours from 11pm to 7am.  Sleepovers are paid at a rate of £50 per night.

24 days Annual leave plus Bank Holidays

All applicants are required to have a full driving licence with business insurance and the use of a road worthy vehicle.

Team Leader - Homelessness

We require a Full Time Team Leader to work within Homelessness South Supported Housing Project based in Salisbury. To assist the Service Manager, with the supervision and co-ordination of the work of the service and to ensure compliance with the requirements of the funder(s).  You will act as the primary point of contact/referral for the project(s), & co-ordinate allocations. Providing support for the team to facilitate a co-ordinated approach on a day-to-day basis.
