Service Manager - Learning Disabilities  

We are looking to recruit a full time Service Manager covering our Salisbury and Amesbury Supported Living service for Adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and / or who are autistic, who live in residential care.

You will be part of the LD Management team working 37.5 hrs per week flexibly to cover the needs of the service. You may be required to cover some bank holidays whilst being part of the on call 4 weekly rota. You will report to the Senior Service Manager

You are required hold a full driving licence with access to a road worthy vehicle for this post.

The annual salary is £28,275.00 rising to £31,200.00 after a successful probation period.

Self -Build Project Manager - Wiltshire

As the Self Build Project Manager and Veteran Support Officer, you will be required to provide the necessary care, support and mentoring to including dedicated support time and recovery interventions for self-builders with mental health illness, addictive behaviours and complex needs.

Your primary role is to project manage the induction of ex-service personnel onto the Veterans self-build scheme, monitor and evaluate their progress and help them develop strategies to return to full time employment and independent living.

You will be required to record the CPD of each veteran while maintaining appropriate administrative and reporting documentation.

This is a national role and you may be asked from time to time to travel to other builds to offer support and maintain alignment of services.

You must hold a CSCS card on employment.

You will be contracted to work 37.5 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £13.20 per hour, rising to £14.00 per hour after a successful probation review. Giving you an annual salary of £25,740.00 - £27,300.00.

Housing Support Worker – Hampshire Veterans

We require a part time Housing Support Worker in Gosport, Hampshire to directly provide support for Veterans so they may work toward maximising their independence.  This positions call for a flexible approach and will involve assisting the Manager to develop innovate and effective practice relating to team building, service user involvement, key working and outcome monitoring.

7.5 Hours, to work as part of the company's flexible duty rota, may include some unsociable hours at weekends, Bank holidays and evenings.

Hourly rate £10.20 rising to £10.60.

Alabaré require a part time Housing Support Worker to join our team. You will need to provide person centred support to people with diverse complex needs to enable them to live independently.

The successful applicant will need to have experience of working with either homeless clients or in a supported housing environment, they will also need the right attitude, have excellent organisational skills and understand the importance of working as part of a team. Full training will be provided for the right individuals.

The aim of the service is to support individuals and enable them to meet their basic needs and assist, where appropriate and where possible, to break the cycle of homelessness. This will be achieved through advice and guidance with benefits, liaising with housing providers and signposting to other services.

You will be contracted to work 37.5 hours per week, to be flexible over a 7-day rota with an hourly rate of £10.20 per hour rising to £10.60 after a successful probationary period. Hours will include working as part of a flexible rota to include weekends and Bank Holidays rota.

Housing Support Workers & Waking Night Support Workers - Wiltshire Young People Leaving Care Service

We require various Housing Support Workers/Waking Night Support Workers contracts from full time to part time. To be based in, Chippenham, Trowbridge and Salisbury.  To provide support and guidance to our young people. The work includes welfare checks, supporting young people with any crisis but allowing service users to work towards independent living.  Housing Support Worker contracts to include one sleepover per week, £50.00 per night paid in addition to salary.

Hourly rate £10.20 rising to £10.60. Full time annual salary £19,890.00 - £20,670.50. A 10% enhancement will be paid for unsociable waking hours from 11 pm to 7 am. You are required to be part of a flexible rota including bank holidays and unsociable hours.

Enablement Transition Officer - Alabaré Place Salisbury

We require full time Enablement Transition Officers to work in a hostel with 41 service users.  You must be able to use own initiative and have a non-judgmental attitude, you are also required to have a good sense of humour

The role of Enablement Transition Officer is responsible for a caseload of vulnerable people who live in short-term accommodation.

The Enablement Transition Officer will work collaboratively with other professionals, signposting when required to achieve positive health and housing outcomes.

To support individuals with complex needs within a Hostel environment.

You will be responsible for delivering housing related support and assistance in order for them to transition into permanent accommodation.

The role will involve using a strength based approach to help overcome complex issues and creating tailored support packages for individuals.

You will also be responsible for conducting Health and Safety checks, rent collection and void management.

This service operates 7 days per week including some evening work to ensure that the needs of our clients are fully met.

Experience not essential as training will be given to suitable applicants with the right attitude and work ethic

Full-time annual salary is £22,425.00 rising to £23,107.50 on completion of a successful probation period. The hourly rate is £11.50 - £11.85.

Housing Support Worker - Andover Foyer

We are recruiting a part time Housing Support Worker at Andover Foyer to provide support and advice around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits, health and personal issues: all allowing service users to work towards independent living.

You will be joining a fantastic team who are passionate about the Alabaré cause.

You will be contracted to work 22.5 hours per week, working on a rota system that includes one sleep in per week.

The hourly rate is £10.20 per hour, rising to £10.60 per hour after a successful probation review, giving you an annual salary of £11,934.00 - £12,402.00.  Sleepovers are paid £50 per night.

A 10% enhancement paid from the hours of 11pm to 7am
