Part-Time Receptionist required for Head Office in Salisbury

We require a friendly, approachable and organised person to be front of house to greet staff, service users and stakeholders in a friendly way.  You will be responsible for the building in terms of cleanliness and stock control of stationery, toiletries and refreshments.  There are also administrations duties to carry out, therefore, we require someone confident with Microsoft programmes.

Full training will be given for the role.

You will be required to work 3 days a week, 9-5, days are negotiable.

Hourly rate is £9.70 rising to £9.90 per hour, annual salary £11,349.00 rising to £11,583.00.

Senior Peer Support Worker - Mental Health Hope House, Chippenham 

Alabaré requires dedicated Senior Peer Support Workers to work within the service called Hope House based in Chippenham. We have a vacancy for one 22.5 hours per week. Working pattern to be agreed. You are required to be flexible in your approach to meet the requirements of the service to include some unsociable hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Sleepovers are an essential part of this role, they are paid £50.00 a night. 

The aim of Hope House is to provide respite for service users in the delivery of a safe and calm environment struggling to cope with life that would find a ward setting too distressing.

You are required to have a listening ear and be willing to see a task through to the end. We ask that you are empathetic, understanding and above all, have patience.

You will be contracted to work 22.5 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £11.50 per hour, rising to £11.85 per hour after a successful probation period. Giving you an annual salary of £13,455.00 - £13,864.50. This role is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire.

Wellbeing Practitioner - Mental Health Riverside Sanctuary, Chippenham

Alabaré requires dedicated Wellbeing Practitioners to work within our service called Riverside Sanctuary based in Salisbury. We have a vacancy for two full-time posts working 37.5 hours. Working pattern to be agreed. You are required to be flexible in your approach to meet the requirements of the service to include some unsociable hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. 

As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you will work as part of a new community-based service. You will be based in each area delivering a hybrid of community and remote support, working remotely with each other to scope and develop the model.  The service is focused on supporting people from 16yrs upwards across Community, Primary and Secondary care pathways.

The role will lead on a holistic assessment, offering emotional and practical support based on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and developing safety plans, while also supporting engagement with other system partners as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).  System partners include - PCN’s (Primary Care Networks), AWP (Avon & Wiltshire Partnership), Oxfordshire Health and Voluntary Sector to promote and deliver services and achieve the model outcomes.

This role will provide the initial introductions to identify the persons needs and use the recovery model to develop self-confidence and move towards the persons identified goals. The Wellbeing Practitioner will work with the person and the CSMHF Peer Support workers to access relevant organisations and agencies to provide a collaborative service.

You will be contracted to work 37.5 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £13.20 per hour, rising to £14.00 per hour after a successful probation period. Giving you an annual salary of £25,740.00 - £27,300.00. This role is based in Salisbury Wiltshire.

Team Leader - Alabaré Place Salisbury

We require a Full-Time Team Leader to assist the Service Manager with the supervision and co-ordination of the work of the service to ensure compliance with the requirements of the funder(s).  In particular to act as the primary point of contact/referral for the project(s), co-ordinating allocations and overseeing the day to day running of the service and providing a focal point for the team to facilitate a co-ordinated approach on a day to day basis.

Alabaré have a vacancy for a Service Manager to work in Bristol and Gloucester.  You will be expected to work in both services.

If you have a professional enthusiastic approach, are able to work within professional boundaries and have experience of working within a Charity Sector or a Supported Housing environment, we would like to hear from you.

Can you bring your knowledge, skills and expertise to lead, manage and deliver a dynamic service to veterans who are under threat of homelessness or are homeless living in Gloucester & Bristol?
