Housing Support Worker - Supported Housing Central, Salisbury, Wiltshire

 

We require a full-time Housing Support Worker, working 37.5 hours per week to join our team. You will need to provide person-centred support to people with diverse complex needs.  You will be based in a 9 bed house, supporting clients in satellite houses, all within walking distance. You will need the right attitude, good sense of humour, be non-judgemental and be able to use your own initiative.

 

Experience not essential as full training will be provided for the right applicants with the right attitude and work ethic.

 

Annual Salary £19,890.00 rising to £20,670.00. Contracted weekly hours 37.5 Monday to Friday on a flexible working rota with finish times up to 8pm.  Hours may include bank holidays and weekend working when required.

Housing Support Worker – Bristol Veterans 

 

We require a Full Time Housing Support Worker in Bristol to directly provide support for Veterans so they may work toward maximising their independence.  This positions call for a flexible approach and will involve assisting the Manager to develop innovate and effective practice relating to team building, service user involvement, key working and outcome monitoring.

Team Leader required for Supported Housing South - Alabaré Place Salisbury

 

We require a full time Team Leader to join our team. You will be based in our 41 bed space hostel. The successful applicant will be required to lead a team and carry a small caseload.  Previous team leadership experience and a proven record of supervising and motivating a staff team to excel is essential. The applicant will need to be able to use their own initiative and have a good work ethic. A sense of humour and an approachable personality is required

 

You will provide person-centred support to people with diverse complex needs to enable them to live independently.

 

The working hours are 7am – 10pm Monday – Sunday on a flexible working rota to include bank holidays

 

Annual salary is £24,375 rising to £25,740 on completion of a successful probation period. The hourly rate is £12.50 - £13.20.

Care Support Workers - Home & Community Wiltshire

 

We require three full time Care Support Workers to work within Salisbury & Amesbury in Wiltshire. This is a specialised service supporting adults with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Autism who live in our homes.

 

A car driver with access to a roadworthy vehicle with business insurance is desirable but not essential.

22.5 hours per week plus one sleepover which is paid at a rate of £50.00 per night.
