Housing Support Worker - Young People 

We require a Housing Support Worker to provide support and guidance around accommodation, basic life, welfare benefits and health & personal issues, all allowing service users to work towards independent living. 

37.5 hours per week based in Andover Foyer 

This post requires flexibility and includes 1 sleepover a week which is paid at a rate of £50.00 per night. Hours to include some evening, bank holidays and weekend work. 

Salary £17,725.50 rising to £18,174.00

Housing Support Worker - Young People Leaving Care 

We require a Housing Support Worker to provide support and guidance around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits and health & personal issues, all allowing service users to work towards independent living.

Various Contracts available based in Salisbury or Chippenham. Hourly rate £9.09 rising to £9.32.

Will include working unsociable hours, to be part of a flexible rota to include weekends, Bank Holidays and sleepovers. (Minimum of one sleepover per week)

A 10% enhancement is paid for unsociable waking hours from 11pm to 7am.  Sleepovers are paid at a rate of £50 per night.

All applicants are required to have a full driving licence with business insurance and the use of a road worthy vehicle.

Team Leader - Bournemouth Young People 

Alabaré are looking to recruit a full time Team Leader for our new project in Bournemouth. You will assist the Service Manager, with the supervision and co-ordination of the work of the service to ensure compliance with the requirements of the funder(s).  In particular to act as the primary point of contact/referral for the project(s), co-ordinating allocations and providing a focal point for the team to facilitate a co-ordinated approach on a day-to-day basis.
