Mission: To provide a warm and welcoming Drop In service for vulnerable and homeless adults who are in need of crisis shelter, food and drink.

Alabaré runs three Drop In Centres in Wiltshire - Devizes, Salisbury and Trowbridge.  The centres open their doors three days a week to vulnerable adults and young people who are street homeless, living in unsuitable accommodation or facing homelessness.

Our Drop Ins provide:

• Hot food and drink
• Showers and washing facilities
• Laundry facilities
• A clothing exchange service
• Trowbridge and Devizes also offer some recreational facilities and Internet access.

Service users are given advice and information on a range of issues such as mental health, housing and employment.  They are also signposted to other appropriate agencies and Alabaré services and projects.

Outcomes for clients:

1. Access to facilities to help maintain basic health and well being.
2. Access to information and other external agencies and services.
3. Access to a safe daytime shelter where they can meet others.
4. Increased self confidence, skills and capabilities.
5. Support and encouragement with maintaining tenancies in recently acquired accommodation.
