Mission: To support to 15 people in their own homes where substance misuse is affecting the maintenance of that home.
Together is a floating support service that helps 15 men and women who have a history of substance misuse maintain their home and tenancy. Together also supports families if one family member has a history of substance misuse and it is affecting their tenancy.
Outcomes for clients:
- Maintaining their homes and tenancies
- Accessing substance misuse agencies
- Support with negotiating with landlords when appropriate
- Support with debt management
- Setting and achieving their own housing goals
