Model behaviour raises money for Alabaré
30th August 2007
Staff and volunteers from Alabaré Christian Care Centres will be putting their best foot forward to help raise money for the charity.
They’ll be taking to the catwalk for a special charity fashion show being held at the Edinburgh Woollen Mill (EWM) in Wilton Shopping Village on Friday 14th September between 6:30pm and 9pm.
The models will be strutting their stuff in the latest fashions that EWM has to offer and after the show clothes will be available to buy with a generous 20% discount.
There will also be a buffet and refreshments available whilst the fashion show is underway.
The money raised through the event will go towards helping Alabaré continue the work it does to help homeless and vulnerable adults.
Yvonne Way, Events Co-ordinator for Alabaré, said “It’s going to be a really fun night for all involved. It’s a great way to raise money and raise awareness of the work that we do.”
She added “I want to thank all of our volunteers for giving up their time and finding the courage to get up there for a good cause, that truly is model behaviour!”
For tickets call Yvonne Way on 08450 78 68 08.
