Mission: To provide accommodation and support for five young people who are homeless, facing homelessness or in need of support, enabling them to move successfully into independent living.
Oasis House is a supported housing project for young people aged 16 to 25 who are homeless, facing homelessness, or in need of structured support. It provides support to a maximum of five people who want to work towards independent living. Service users have their own Key Worker who helps them draw up a support plan tailored to their individual needs and signposts them to other appropriate services and agencies. If necessary, life skills training can also be provided.

Outcomes for clients:
- Developing the skills and confidence needed to move on to independent living
- Building positive relationships within the community
- Increased awareness of personal responsibility around safety and security
- Identifying and pursuing aspirations through training, education and employment
- An increased awareness around physical and mental wellbeing
