Press Release
Alabaré launches its new website
Visitors to alabare.co.uk will notice that the site now has a whole new look.
Alabaré has launched its new website aimed at being more informative and user friendly. The new site has three separate sections – Public, Client and Staff – with each tailored specifically to suit the needs of the user.
Via the Public section you can now find out even more about each Alabaré project and join debates on the public forum, agencies can download referral forms and refer clients to specific projects, and supporters can buy a range of goods and make donations at the click of a mouse.
The Client section allows service users to share their experiences and successes, give their own tips and advice to fellow service users and find out more about activities being arranged within the organisation.
The new Staff menu acts as a virtual staff room for all Alabaré Staff, Trustees and Volunteers. It is a place for them to get all of the information and documents they need at the touch of a button, discuss any burning issues and concerns, and share the many success stories that they have.
Andrew Lord, Chief Executive, said “I am so pleased with our new website, which is the result of a lot of hard work. The new site is now a lot more informative and really does cater for the needs of the many different people who will use it.
“It is great that we now have a Client section; everything we do is aimed at improving the lives of our service users and what better way to empower them than giving them their own virtual community where they can share their views and experiences.”
He added “I do hope that visitors to the site will find it a lot more user-friendly and be as impressed as we are with the new look.”
