Well the Summer is still with us, and we're enjoying a beautiful September - so what better time to announce our Alabaré Garden of 2014!   The competition was tough, and thanks you to everyone who entered, but we could only pick the best three, and here they are:

1st place: Weymouth Home for Veterans – the judges were particularly impressed with this garden, the efforts made were inspirational.  Well done, the garden looks fantastic!

2nd place: Alabaré Development Centre, Barford – the team in Barford not only produced a gorgeous array of vegetables but also made sure to promote the native bee habit in the garden, to ensure their population thrives.

3rd Place: Bristol Home for Veterans – despite not having any gardening knowledge, the Bristol residents managed to transform their garden into a beautiful tranquil area where they can socialise and enjoy the quiet.

The winner will receive £100, whilst second place will receive £50 and third will receive £25 to spend on something for the service users of each home.
