Mission:  To provide accommodation and support to people wishing to move successfully into independent living.

We have four ‘Move On’ properties in Salisbury, providing Supported Housing for people who want to move on to independent living but feel they still need some level of support.  Service users could have come from a higher-support Alabaré project or have been referred from elsewhere. Our Move On properties provide a secure yet more indepent accommodation. All service users have their own Key Worker and draw up a Support Plan based on their individual needs. Key Workers will also signpost them to other appropriate services and agencies.

• Building positive relationships within the community
• Increased awareness of personal responsibility around safety and security
• Identifying and pursuing aspirations through training, education and employment
• Increased awareness around physical and mental wellbeing
