Mission: To provide housing-related floating support, enabling clients to live independently and successfully within the community.

Community 4 (C4) is a consortium of four organisations - Alabaré, Westlea Housing Association, Splitz Support Services and the Drugs and Homeless Initiative - which is funded by Supporting People. C4 has the contracts to provide housing-related floating support to the whole of Wiltshire (Salisbury, Kennet, North Wiltshire and West Wiltshire). Alabaré is the lead provider in Salisbury and Kennett. 

C4 provides low level housing-related support to clients in their own homes for a maximum of two years.  Each client has their own Key Worker who helps them draw up a personal Support Plan based on their housing support needs. The main aim is to support clients in managing and maintaining their tenancies by helping them understand their housing rights and responsibilities and signposting them to other appropriate services and activities within the community.
