Our floating support service in Plymouth delivers housing related support to assist single homeless people, or those at risk of homelessness, to maintain their tenancies or move to independent accommodation.
Service users may also have a range of complex needs including drug and alcohol dependency and health issues. We have the capacity to support 46 or more people in one to one meetings that take place either in their own homes or another convenient location.
The service is open 8 am – 8 pm Monday – Friday. Each service user is assessed and has a support plan drawn up based on individual needs and aspirations, support can continue for up to 6 months.
Referrals may come from Plymouth City Council, Devon and Cornwall Probation Area, other organisations or self referrals. |
