FLOATING HOUSING SUPPORT WORKER – REF 4
(North Somerset) – Together Project

This position calls for a flexible approach and will involve the delivery of all aspects of Housing Support, aimed at assisting clients with issues around drug and alcohol use to maintain their tenancies and reduce the risk of homelessness. To provide support, advice and liaison with other agencies to people at risk of becoming homeless.

Responsibilities will include service delivery, processing and prioritising referrals, assessing client needs and drawing up of individual support plans with clients. You will be based at Andrew House, Clevedon but required to use own road worthy car to visit clients at their homes within North Somerset area.

Hours to be agreed. Grade 6 post. Salary £17,146 Pro Rata.
